Andy Greenaway
COO/Partner of Rumble
Andy Greenaway started his career in O&M Direct in London where he developed successful direct response campaigns for British Telecoms. Andy moved to Singapore in 1991 where he pioneered loyalty programmes for American Express and Singapore Airlines. Moving to Hong Kong in 1993, he created highly successful loyalty programmes for Seagrams. These netted almost every direct marketing award around, including the first Diamond Echo to be won out of Asia.
Andy took charge of Ogilvy Advertising Singapore in 1998 where he worked on major clients such as IBM, DBS and Nokia. Under his watch, the agency was crowned “Most Creative Agency in Asia”. He moved from there to Saatchi & Saatchi as Regional Creative Director. At both these famous agencies he won many awards including Gold Lions at Cannes. In 2012, he joined SapientNitro as Chief Creative Officer for APAC, implementing successful platform projects for MetLife in China and Indonesia. From there, he moved to Dentsu Singapore in the same role, working on many major brands. He now runs his own agency called Rumble which claims to be the fastest growing independent agency in Singapore.
Linda Lock
Founder of Godmother
Linda Locke is a former CEO, Creative Director and Regional Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. She was also for many years Chairman and Regional Creative Director of Leo Burnett Advertising building its reputation one of the best agencies in Singapore. Her stature in the Singapore advertising industry was marked in 2005 by receiving the prestigious Chairman’s Award and, as one of only five, being honoured as a Champion of the Singapore Creative Circle Awards. At Singapore Advertising Hall of Fame Awards in 2998, Linda received the Newsweek Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her three decades of service to the industry. She was the first women to achieve this award. During her long career, Linda won over 300 creative awards. This outstanding lady continues to create and has written a series of children’s books while continuing to advise clients through her consulting company Godmother Pte Ltd.
Patrick Low
Founder / Creative Partner of Goodfellas
Patrick’s advertising career began in 1978 at Fortune Advertising, then Singapore’s largest local advertising agency. Three and a half years later, he joined Ogilvy and Mather, where he won his first major international award. In 1987 he moved to Y&R, where he became their longest-serving Executive Creative Director. He was also the first Singaporean to chair the local Creative Circle in 1995 and the first co-chairman of the inaugural Crowbar Awards in 2001.
In 1998, he co-wrote the short film ‘OOPS’, which featured in the Sundance Film Festival. He was awarded Champion of the Creative Circle for his contribution to the industry in 2005. In 2007, Pat was voted Singapore’s Creative Director of the Year. He left Y&R after 22 years to found Goodfellas in 2009, where he helped launch the Singapore University of Technology and Design, Smart Nation, and the Infocomm Media Development Authority, including many memorable ad campaigns. He’s been an Advisory Council member of the Temasek Polytechnic School of Design since 1999 and a member of its Board of Governors since 2016. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the ITE Design School Advisory Council and an Exco member of AAMS.
David Mayo
Founder and COO of ADNA
David Mayo is one of Asia’s most established agency leaders. He came to Asia from London in 1994 to join Bates in Hong Kong. He was then hired by Ogilvy & Mather to become an account director to look after the Guinness business. Moving to Singapore, David founded a creative boutique called 'RedCard' which was eventually bought over by Ogilvy in 2006. He held a number of senior positions in the Ogilvy group including President of Ogilvy and Mather Advertising and Ogilvy & Mather ASEAN. In 2012, David established BatesCHI, which by 2015 became the fastest growing agency in WPP Asia. He was invited back to join Ogilvy & Mather as Asia CMO and became CEO of Ogilvy Jakarta and then Head of Country for Ogilvy’s operations in Malaysia.
In February 2019, David Mayo and three partners founded ADNA COO, a unique creative agency pulling together talent from around the world. David is a visiting lecturer at SMU and an alumni of INSEAD.
Sebastian Tan

Having lost his father when he was only 16 months, Sebastian Tan was brought up singlehandedly by his mother. He was taught from young, the virtues of honesty, sincerity, and integrity. These same values and principles became the cornerstone and direction on how he lives and he manages his businesses.
What started as a small commercial photography studio in 1987, is now a diversified and major player in print, film and television commercial production. Shooting Gallery Asia has expanded to include production subsidiaries with more than 150 people in 9 countries. The collective enterprise has bagged numerous local and international awards, secured long term deals with major clients and teamed up with top-class professionals from around the world. Operating from his 21,000 sq feet headquarters in Singapore, Sebastian remains the same simple and humble visionary, with no airs, persuading clients no just with the depth of his views but also the expertise of his direction.

Tay Guan Hin
Chief Creative Officer of BBDO Singapore
Tay Guan Hin is the Chief Creative Officer of BBDO Singapore and one of the most respected creatives in the industry. Prior to his current role, he was the Founder of the TGM Collective. He was also at JWT Singapore for many years rising to become the Regional Executive Creative Director for Southeast Asia. In his career he has worked on major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, P&G, AIA, HSBC, Visa and Shell.
Guan Hin was honored by being the first Asian to be invited to sit on the Cannes Lion Jury. He has won over 300 awards during a career spanning 25 years.
This Singaporean has been the Keynote speaker at the Vertical Storytelling (Creative Mobile Content show) presented at AdFest in Thailand and was the guest speaker at the Content Marketing Summit in 2019.
